OPEN HOUSE KEY PROGRAM

WestsideRentals.com is dedicated to helping landlords find quality tenants to fill their vacancies. We are proud to announce our new Open House Key Program. The Program, which is free of charge, works as follows:

• Landlords leave a set of keys to their vacant unit(s) at one of our 7 office locations. We put a special icon on their listings to identify which office has the keys. We accept keys at all seven of our offices. Here is a sample listing:



• Renters pickup the key to the unit of interest at the appropriate Westside Rentals office. We place a $250 hold on their credit card and scan a copy of their drivers license as well as have them sign a liability form. A renter has 90 minutes to return the key.

Showing vacant units is a time consuming and difficult process to manage, particularly for an individual landlord with other day-to-day responsibilities. Oftentimes the perfect tenant and their dream rental fail to match up; the goal of WestsideRentals.com is to facilitate commerce and make the residential housing rental market more efficient.
